This first picture shows all of the individual parts and service books.The second picture shows how well packaged the bike is in the box. There were no damaged or missing parts.

This blog is my evaluaton of the Motobecane Fantom 29 mtb from bikesdirect. Bikes from bikesdirect seem like a good value but there are few owner reviews on the web. Most comments found are from people who have no actual experience on Motobecane bikes. These commenters often advise against buying a bike online and going to your local bike shop (LBS). I do not work for Motobecane, bikesdirect or any other bike company. I am an engineer at the local power company.
